Moving In: Return of the Shire

Here is the end of our moving trilogy. We are moved in for the most part, just some pictures to hang. However in all of my posts I have neglected to show the front of the home. SO here it is our home from the front and of a course a picture of Matt.

We are really enjoying the neighborhood and all the space of the new home has to offer. If you all are ever in the neighborhood, drop on in.

Only Zoo Pictures Here

So we really did do a lot of stuff while Katie, Adam, Tyler, and Kevin were here, but I only brought my camera to the zoo and the graduation. That means Katie will have to pick up my slack or send me some of her pictures for you all to enjoy the goings on of graduation week.
Do you hear this Katie? My blog depends on you.

We did have tons of fun at the zoo though. I think we were there for about 3 hours. The dinosaurs took most of our time. Tyler actually liked looking at the dinos and Matt wanted to play in the sand box, as long as Nana (AJ & Katie's Mom) kept her on the T-Rex! Thank you Nana for making sure the T-Rex stayed back!

PS: If you are looking for Kevin, you will not see him. He slept the whole time we were at the zoo, and I did not want to disturb his rest.

Thursday Tyler and Matt went out with Nana and Papa and had tons and tons of fun! Katie and I were not along for this trip so there are no pictures I have seen yet. But I think the old Vegas saying might apply here..."What happens at Nana's stays at Nana's"

Dr. Vaughn is In

This last week has been a crazy, fun-filled, and exciting time for us here at The Shire, that is what we named our house by the way. We had house guest, Katie, Tyler, Kevin, and Adam. It was wonderful seeing all of them and we did lots of fun stuff and pictures are coming. However the whole reason for the visit was AJ's graduation!!!!

He will probably hate this because he is fairly humble and does not want a lot of fuss, but I can't help it. I am so proud of him and this accomplishment that I have to beam a little bit of pride his way. AJ worked incredibly hard these last 3 1/2 years to be a doctor. This last semester has been a bit of a vacation, but much needed! Sunday was the big day and now he is officially Anthony J. Vaughn MD. Way to go Honey!

I just want to thank everyone who came to the celebrate this day with us. We really love and appreciate all of you. I also want to thank all the people who kept us sane these last 4 years by letting us vent and reminding us what we have to look forward to. I hope you all are ready for at least another 4 because residency sounds hard and time consuming.

We are so proud of you honey and we love you so much!
