Big Slide Boogie

The other day we went to the park as a family. It was very nice because it has been a while since AJ has really gotten some down time to enjoy with us. Matt found his love for bigger slides. He played on a smaller slide that he could do all by himself, but once we put him on that big slide there was no going back. 

Robot Boogie

AJ, Matt, and I were playing around Saturday morning, and this is what we came up with! It's just that foam puzzle stuff you can get at the dollar store. Everything else I made with the stuff was destroyed in seconds, but the robot helmet Boogie liked (at least long enough for us to take some pictures).

Fixing the Car

So I don't know much about cars, but the Vaughn guys seem to so that is nice. AJ's car decided to "eat up" a belt that controls his steering. Thank goodness Grandpa Les was at our house checking on our air conditioner for the summer. The boys rolled up their sleeves and went to work on the car and of course Matt was there ready to help. Then Matt thought his car needed a little work too.

Bubble Boy

Matt is having fun with bubbles. In the bath and watching Dad blowing them with his gum. 

Some exciting news too in the family Cindy and Chuck had their little girl this morning! No pictures, but we are all very excited. Ava Rose and she is perfect and soooooooo cute. Matt loves her already!

Matt vs The Laser Pointer

AJ brought home one of those great laser pointer the other day, and we have had some fun with it. We like to tease Starsky, our cat, with it. She goes crazy chasing it and will even bark at it a little bit, and no you did not miss read she is a cat.

 

Well my mom came over and I wanted to show her how Starsky reacts. Starsky wasn't really feeling it so GRANDMA thought it would be fun driving her sweet grandson crazy instead. He never does catch the dot but that is my mom, his grandma, about to break into a snort watching Matt try so hard to catch it. 

Eating Habits
