Hello All-

Just a little update. Matt is doing well. We are enjoying the crazy Oklahoma weather. It is beautiful today so we are on our way to the park. This will be short and sweet. Matt is having some ups and downs (literally) Watch the video and enjoy.

Boogie's Bona Fide Birthday Blog

Greetings everyone. I thought I would give Mom and Dad a break and tell you all about my birthday all by myself.

We got up early on the 15th (m actual birthday) to take more pictures. Mom set another cake in front of me, but I knew that it was too early to be eating cake. I only grazed it a little. The pictures were fun. Grandma Gerry was acting really silly to make me smile for the camera. We had a really fun day! 

Dad came home early and we played. When the mail came I had a birthday card from Geoffrey the Giraffe. It had a gift card inside so we packed up and headed to Toys R Us. I got to pick out what ever toy I wanted. When I got home I just played and carried on through my regular night time routine. Except when I was done with my bath there was more presents waiting for me to open. It was a great first birthday!

Well, we did it! Hooray! 

Matt's first birthday party in our little house and 

it was a blast. At first Matt wasn't to sure about all the people that were coming into his home, but he warmed up fast. We did all the fun things like open gifts and digging into the birthday cake. Matt not only got cake for the first time, the jury is

 still out on cake, but he got ice cream too. (Thank you Grandpa Chuck) The ice cream was a hit though. Who would of guessed?
